  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories.

1.3 Proof of Purchase:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please include your order number and any other relevant information when initiating a return.

1.4 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including:
    • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, and plants
    • Personal care items such as cosmetics, skincare products, and underwear

    • Digital downloads and software

2. Returning an Item

2.1 Initiating a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@capemarth.co.za with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

2.2 Preparing Your Return:

  • Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and documentation. Make sure to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

2.3 Shipping Your Return:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Return Exceptions

3.1 Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@capemarth.co.za. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover any return shipping costs.

3.2 Sale and Clearance Items:

  • Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.

4. Processing Your Return

4.1 Inspection:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your return.

4.2 Approval:

  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

4.3 Rejection:

  • If your return is rejected, we will notify you via email with the reason for the rejection. Rejected returns may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
